RunOtto LLC ("RunOtto," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with our website (runotto.com), our commercial lead and business-data products, and our outreach communications (email, phone, and direct mail).
By using our website or interacting with our communications, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Los Angeles, CA 90020
runotto.com
RunOtto compiles and sells verified commercial business data ("Territory Dossiers") to trade contractors and service businesses. We also contact prospective commercial customers directly via email, phone, and direct mail to market these products.
2. Information We Collect
a) Information You Provide to Us
If you contact us through our website, email, or phone, we may collect:
- Name, business name, email address, phone number
- Any information you voluntarily share when communicating with us
- Payment information when you purchase a product (processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not store full payment card details)
b) Information We Collect About Businesses (Not Individuals)
Our core product involves compiling publicly available and licensed commercial business information — such as business names, addresses, phone numbers, publicly listed decision-maker names and titles, and business email addresses — sourced from public government records (e.g., contractor licensing boards), business directories, and other publicly accessible sources. This information relates to businesses, not private individuals, and is used to build and sell Territory Dossiers to our commercial customers.
c) Website Usage Data
When you visit runotto.com, we may automatically collect standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, through cookies or similar tracking technologies, including for analytics purposes.
d) Email Engagement Data
Emails we send may include tracking technology (such as open and click tracking) to help us understand engagement with our outreach and improve our communications.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, deliver, and support our Territory Dossier products
- Communicate with prospective and existing customers about our products and services
- Process payments and fulfill orders
- Improve our website, products, and outreach effectiveness
- Comply with legal obligations
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information about private individuals to third parties. We do not share your information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
We may share information with:
- Service providers who help us operate our business (e.g., email outreach platforms, data enrichment tools, hosting providers, payment processors), who are only permitted to use the information to provide services to us
- Legal authorities, if required by law, subpoena, or legal process
5. Commercial Email, Phone, and Direct Mail Communications
RunOtto sends business-to-business marketing communications via email, phone, and direct mail.
Email: All commercial emails comply with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act. Every commercial email includes our physical business address and a working opt-out/unsubscribe mechanism. You may opt out of future emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in our emails or by contacting us directly at the contact information above. We honor opt-out requests within 10 business days.
Phone: We may contact business phone numbers using manual (non-autodialed) outbound calls to discuss our products. If you no longer wish to be contacted by phone, let us know during the call or contact us using the information above, and we will update our records accordingly.
Direct Mail: We may send physical mail (such as postcards) to business addresses. If you would prefer not to receive mail from us, contact us using the information above.
6. Data Retention
We retain business contact information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate our outreach and sales process, or until you request removal. Records of opt-outs are retained to ensure we honor your request going forward.
7. Your Choices
You may:
- Request that we stop contacting you (email, phone, or mail) by using the contact information above
- Request information about what data we hold related to your business, where reasonably feasible
- Request correction of inaccurate business information in our records
8. California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to request disclosure of, or deletion of, certain personal information we may hold. Note that RunOtto's data primarily concerns business entities rather than individual consumers. To make a request, contact us using the information above.
9. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information in our possession, including through the use of secure third-party service providers. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
